In the past, Shenandoah has been a ghost town on Halloween night. Some of us have yearned for the holiday spirit and tried to welcome trick or treaters only to see a handful of costumed visitors on this magical night.
In 2019, we made a bold statement to try to give neighbors a compelling reason to stay put, get into the holiday spirit and celebrate Halloween at Shenandoah Park. And boy, were we BLOWN AWAY. Literally thousands of neighbors joined us to celebrate in the park that night and made it truly a night to remember.
Now, three years later, we are doing it again! Please join us in creating another magical night for our community.
