For too long Shenandoah has been a ghost town on Halloween night. Some of us have yearned for the holiday spirit and tried to welcome trick or treaters only to see a handful of costumed visitors on this magical night. Many of us threw in the towel years ago and join friends and family in other neighborhoods. This year, we are putting our foot down, making a bold statement to try to give neighbors a compelling reason to stay put, get into the holiday spirit and celebrate Halloween in Shenandoah.
Ever wanted to scare people and not be persecuted? Want to get back at your grandkids or your classmates? We could use you.
